Sprout Salads

Ingredients

  • 8-10 leaves of organic leaf or romaine lettuce,
  • washed and torn or chopped
  • 2-3 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 1-2 cups of your favorite sprouts
  • (broccoli, buckwheat, clover, lentil...)
  • 1 cup garbanzos, sprouted or canned
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tomato, cut into small wedge
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with miso dressing.
