Ingredients

  • Kale
  • Toasted Pine Nuts
  • Olive Oil
  • Vegan 'Worchestershire' Sauce
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Vegan 'Romano' Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare kale by removing the stems and steaming the leaves for 10 minutes or until soft (the leaves reduce down, so start with a large batch of kale).
  2. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the moisture.
  3. Add to food processor or blender.
  4. The remaining ingredients are added to provide the flavor that you desire, so be creative and blend until you get the flavor you like.
