EarthSave Miami (aka EarthSave South Florida, aka EarthSave Central Florida) continues impacting South Floridian individuals, businesses and organizations with monthly public GO VEGAN and TRY VEGAN Dinner-Presentations, featuring emcee/host VeganMan.  These Free Events at Fellowship Hall, Coral Gables Congregational Church and Paradise Ballroom, Tamarac Community Center, provide educational and entertaining presentations by veg*n authors, physicians, entrepreneurs, educators, health coaches, nutritionists, chefs or filmmakers.  Guests enjoy networking opportunities, EarthSave 101, testimonials and lifestyle support.  Vegan Chef Brook Katz provides a free YummMeal Buffet for up to 200 Tamarac participants, while Coral Gables participants contribute their FairShare Portion, according to our Healthy Vegan Ingredient Guidelines.  Events feature: Chef Estela’s LiveFood Demos, Vegtastic Arts & Theatre Edu-tainment, Laughter Yoga by Brigitte Keane, Dream Cream Frozen Dessert Bar, Organic Coffee/Tea Bar, Smoothie Bar, Bean Club, Jani’s Guided Meditations, Testimonials, Local Vendors, Fundraisers, Raffle Giveaways, Award Presentations, Chanting Jeff’s Yumm Mantra, Videography and Photography.

EarthSave’s CORE Group

EarthSave’s CORE Group conducts the organization’s business via monthly teleconferences. As a local vegan-promoting agency our Lectures, Movie Screenings, Entertainment, Partees, Fundraisers, Activism, Community Welfare, Mini-Potlucks, Education, Lifestyle Support and Great Food have supported a diverse, decentralized vegan movement, helping to institutionalize private and community organic gardens, responsible food policies, health and green livingry practices.

Earthsave Supports

EarthSave attends/co-produces/co-sponsors organizational meetings, festivals and seminars, organic garden events, pro bono speaker bureau, personal coaching, restaurant- and clinic-based lectures, food business alliances, food demos, documentary movie screenings, farmers’ market outreach, food security workshops, humane education initiatives, and school food programs. EarthSave is ‘Official Vegucator’ to “I Have A Dream - The Broadway Musical’s Revival Tour” and developed The Vegtastic Vision of TheatreSouth Atlanta, Inc. Our “Healthy Green SafeHouse/Workplace/PlaySpace Policy” was written by J. Tucker and E. WindWalker. Our Vegtastic Arts and Theatre Initiative encourages vegan content and performances by authors, musicians, artists, poets or dancers..

our food-mantra-chant, goes beyond mere tastes to the non-violent, nutrient-rich, eco-effects of a plant-based diet on person and planet. Our new slogan is “It’s Your Earth… Veganism Saves It.” Funds are generated from raffles, donations, t-shirt and book sales, food sponsorships. InKind donations of catered food, entertainment, supplies, special need items and volunteer services are provided by veg*n businesses and NPO’s..
